Festive Snowstorm Ornament
We recently had a slight snowstorm disaster when trying to make our own beanbags! The bag of polystyrene balls split open and they fell all over the floor. As we tried to clear them up, static electricity charged these little white balls and they began to swirl and stick to everything! This made us think of a snowstorm and spurred us on to make this festive ornament!

How We Made Festive Snowstorm Ornament
First, we took a ribbon and tied it to the top of our bauble ornament. Then, we took a new LED tealight and switched it on before placing it inside the ornament. Next, we added some of the statically charged polystyrene balls. Finally, we closed the bauble and sealed it before giving it a good shake.
By shaking the ornament, the polystyrene balls stick to the inside of the plastic bauble and make it look as though there is a snowstorm inside!
We often create new things from recycling and looks like some other people do too! Teach Me Mommy has created a cute Snow Ornament And these wonderful Teacake Baubles from The Gingerbread House.
