Kids Love this Easy to Make Summer Ice Cream

Kids Love Making These Summer Ice Creams

As the summer holidays begin here in the UK we love eating ice creams!  As a summer BBQ treat or something to just keep cool, ice cream is definitely a family favourite.  We decided to make our own ice creams this year to save money as well as being creative with our flavours too!

Summer Ice Creams

This is an easy to make basic ice cream recipe that requires no churning or can be made using the two bowl ice cube method.  This means it can either be popped into the freezer and left to turn solid or it can be easily made using some ice cubes, bowls and salt!

Chocolate ice cream

We loved making this ice cream and it tastes sweet and creamy.  A definite hit with our family and we will be trying out some variations on it during the summer holidays.

Peanut Butter and Cherry Ice Creams

So as you can see it is a sweet and yummy summer treat that is so easy to make!  Serve it with fresh fruit and hot waffles for an extra special desert!
